Bananarama are back! Having sold more than 30 million albums worldwide, Bananarama are one of the most successful UK female groups of all time. Coinciding with the group's 40th anniversary, the English pop duo has returned with their twelfth studio album Masquerade. To celebrate, we've got one copy of the limited edition red vinyl to give away, signed by Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward!
Following on from 2019's In Stereo, Bananarama once more eunited with producer Ian Materson (Kylie, Girls Aloud, Pet Shop Boys) for Masquerade. The project was originally envisioned as an EP, but when the pandemic struck in 2020 and live shows came to a halt, the founding members Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward wove together eleven new tracks which resulted in a collection of ethereal synth-pop dancefloor bangers, lead by the eponymous single 'Masquerade'.
The reviews are rolling in: Attitude Magazine confirm that Masquerade is "one of the best records of their award-winning career" and a five-star Retro Pop Magazine review declares: "four decades into their career, Bananarama have delivered one of their strongest albums yet".
