Trampolene - Love No Less Than A Queen

For Fans Of: Pete Doherty, Twisted Wheel, Red Rum Club

Formed in Swansea, Welsh indie trio Trampolene, return with their upcoming third studio album Love No Less Than A Queen, which is set for release on 16th July 2021 via Pete Doherty's record label Strap Originals.

'Gotta Do More Gotta Be More' is the latest single from the band, with the video directed by Roger Sargent, who also directed videos for The Libertines and Echo & The Bunnymen. Speaking on the track, lead singer Jack Jones explains: "We're all told we can be better, we can do more. It's not always true."

"The album was a way of me summing up my life so far. It made me search into myself and understand that life really is a gift after all and that being at peace isn't wrong or something you don't deserve." - Jack Jones - Trampolene

Love No Less Than A Queen is available to pre-order on CD, Marble LP, Red LP and Black LP with exclusive signed 12" print from the band, along with exclusive merchandise bundles. Catch them on tour this August in Manchester, Cardiff and London.

Museum Of Love - Life Of Mammals

For Fans Of: LCD Sound System, Hot Chip, Brian Eno

If you’ve ever imagined what a band influenced by Scott Walker, John Cale, Roxy Music, Jonathan Richman, DAF, dub, Robert Wyatt, post-punk and Krautrock might sound like, *deep breath* then you might finally have your answer.

Museum Of Love, the New York-based duo of LCD Sound System's Pat Mahoney and Dennis McNanny (aka Jee Day), assemble again to bring a brand new album Life Of Mammals into the world, mixed by LCD Sound System's bandleader James Murphy.

The album was recorded in bits and pieces over a long period of time and the duo adopted the Oblique Strategies, a card-based method that Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt developed in 1975. The first single 'Cluttered World' is taken from the forthcoming album, described as "a weird rock LP" by Mahoney.

"This wonderful video is our world as a negative reflection, a metaphysical karaoke version, in which the centre channel, i.e. humans, has been removed and the clutter of our civilization can recombine and reorder itself in perfect equality, free of our shallow purposes and unimaginative usage." - Museum Of Love

On the Museum Of Love official store, pre-order Life Of Mammals on Exclusive Coloured Double Vinyl and Black Vinyl, alongside merchandise bundles and digital album.

Formed in 2011, Brighton heavy progressive four-piece Black Peaks have released two albums to huge critical acclaim, which they now follow up with their first live album Live At The Brighton Centre.

Recorded in the depths of winter, in the middle of a global pandemic, Black Peaks performed at their iconic hometown venue The Brighton Centre to a zero audience crowd with their only live performance in over 16 months, which was then released as a live stream to fans. The band performed an impassioned and atmospheric set, concentrating on their cinematic sound.

"We wanted to make something that was a perfect snapshot of the band – playing songs from across our catalogue but also playing tracks that we might not at a ‘regular’ live show." - Black Peaks

Live At The Brighton Centre is available to pre-order from the band's official store on 100% recycled PVC vinyl, along with exclusive merchandise bundles.

Matt Gilmour - New Album Making Music Campaign

For Fans Of: Steve Rothery, Airbag, David Gilmour

Today, Matt Gilmour is on the precipice of releasing some of the music he’s wanted to make his whole life; an interstellar mélange of psychedelic rock with touches of prog, blues, indie, folk, and funk. Joining forces with Townsend Music to launch a Making Music campaign, Matt promises "to create an interactive experience for fans and listeners during the process of making his new album."

Matt was born and raised in England where he grew up watching his father—Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour—from the side of the stage as David captivated arena crowds. Matt began his career playing folksy Nick Drake-style music, before picking up the electric guitar only five years ago. Since then, he’s become a fluidly melodic player with an achingly beautiful bluesy sensibility, set to be showcased on the forthcoming album.

"Making music can be a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, and my intention Is to share the ride with you so you can really be involved in the ins and outs of my music creation process." - Matt Gilmour

Visit the official Matt Gilmour store to support this project by pre-ordering his new album on signed formats including CD and Coloured LP, along with exclusive merchandise bundles, prints sheets and experiences. The jewel in the crown of the campaign is the Fender Custom Shop Guitar on offer, modelled after David Gilmour's first Hollow Body Stratocaster built by storied guitar craftsman Todd Krause.
